恒温解冻仪,隔水式恒温解冻仪:是将浆袋放在融浆水囊与水囊之间,按启动键后,热水自动注入水袋内,进行循环融浆。使浆袋在融化过程中始终不接触水,保持真正意义上的干式融浆。整个流程都是全自动智能电脑控制,自动调温,自动加水处理.干式隔水膜袋使用医用绿色新型材料制成,无任何耗材、无限使用寿命长。

干式恒温解冻仪-立式型号选择 Model selection
多功能恒温解冻仪由于血浆袋在低温冰冻过程中脆性增强及运输周转等因素,容易造成不同程度破坏渗漏。由于破坏程度不同,渗漏程度也不相同。破损较大使渗漏明显时,用肉眼观察及擦式或挤压等方法即可查出。有破损微孔时,因血浆黏稠度高而不会渗出,加之血浆袋外部被水侵泡后的潮湿使肉眼观察和其他检查难以分辨。此时若用水浸泡方法融化血浆时,在血浆渗透压和血浆袋周围水的压力下使含有致病菌及各种病毒污水易渗入血浆袋内造成血浆污染。为减少输血反应,保障输血**,作者经过研究,用干式法与湿式法进行了血浆融化比较。
多功能恒温解冻仪:内置循环小囊,全封闭干燥式解冻,不会有污水从肉眼很难发现的破损渗入血浆袋内。如有微漏,在干燥表面也能发现。直接用水浸泡含有致病菌和病毒的污水易从血浆袋的微破损处渗入袋内,由于袋外水分较多,较难发现。
干式解冻后血浆袋外表面干燥、标签清晰、无脱落。湿式解冻后血浆外表面潮湿因擦拭而易造成粘连、模糊、标签易脱落。干式解冻融浆箱易清洁、易**。而水温箱,不易清洁及**。温水还容易滋长大量**。干式法血浆袋外表面及操作台干燥清洁,无污水滴溅对周边环境无污染。而湿式法,血浆袋从水中捞出时,会有大量**、污水到处滴溅,造成操作台和周边环境污染。
多功能恒温解冻仪无需换水,节约水源,温度恒定,并且是智能控制操作又简单。而湿式法,水浴血液溶浆机还需经常换水,造成水源浪费及污水污染环境。
目前国内许多医院都在使用直接水浴温式融浆。将血浆袋直接放入水中浸泡解冻,从水中很容易使病原性微生物造成血液污染。有人报道输新鲜冰冻血浆后发生**反应率占1.7%,还有报道[1]输血浆反应率为2.9%,我院输新鲜冰冻血浆发生反应率为1.1%,2008年后减至0.58%。在上述反应中,是否与新鲜冰冻血浆融解方式不同使反应率增加之故,很值得人们高度关注。
尽管多功能恒温解冻仪优点多但是也存在缺点,融浆时间比湿式法要长10分钟,其融浆箱内保温设施还需进一步完善。
综上所述,认为干式法明显优于湿式法。为了保障输血**,早日杜绝输血**隐患,建议用干式法代替湿式法。
